Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide using major international couriers.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 working days after payment confirmation.
Please note that this processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days, however during drops or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

IMPORTANT:
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

We are not responsible for:

  • Additional charges applied by customs

  • Delays caused by customs clearance

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn and unaltered

  • Items must be returned with original packaging and all contents

Returns are at the customer’s expense.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (NON-EU)

Returns from outside the European Union are accepted, however:

  • Return shipping costs are fully covered by the customer

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to the return are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
